Chef Bio

Tommy Fraioli, executive chef at Sea Rocket Bistro as of February 1st 2012, was former executive chef and partner Chad White’s trusted sous chef since April 2011. Prior to his tenure at Sea Rocket, Fraioli was sous chef and kitchen manager at Bing Crosby’s in Mission Valley. He headlined with White at ChefDance, the Sundance Film Festival’s premier culinary event, in January 2012, and will continue Sea Rocket’s mission in sourcing only the most sustainable local seafood, organic produce, and pastured meats…and turning those ingredients into the creative fare for which we have become known.
