Stone Brewing Co., a great local craft brewery located in Escondido, will be on-site with us at Sea Rocket Bistro this Friday and Saturday, August 8th-9th to celebrate a collection of their high-character beers. We'll have their Pale Ale, IPA (India Pale Ale), Arrogant Bastard Ale, and Smoked Porter on draft which should make a great tasting combination! We'll be offering these featured beers both in 5 oz flights and in 12 oz pours so you can either try them all or at least have a few without slipping under the table.

We'll be featuring these beers for an entire week (or as long as the kegs last), including recommending pairings with each item on our menu. And speaking of our menu, we added a few things recently so you will definitely want to check out our new Ceviche, which is marinated in a three-citrus dressing, an additional sardine appetizer consisting of filleted sardines (for those of you squeamish about whole fish!) served on top of a creamy guacamole and lima bean salad stack, and our new seafood entree- a Paella of sorts using California brown rice and a variety of fish and shellfish.

So come eat with us and rub elbows with some folks from the brewery, including Arlan Arnsten, Doug Heine and Catherine Costlow. We look forward to seeing you there!
