On Friday, Nov. 11th we’ll be hosting a 3-Course Veteran’s Day “Salute the Troops” Prix Fixe Menu featuring a modern-day take on Naval Cuisine. Chad will don his old navy chef coat (if it still fits) and will be joined by active duty naval chefs in the kitchen! $5 from every dinner will be donated to Team Rubicon supporting disabled veteran service members and providing disaster relief to war torn areas. To complete the theme (it is San Diego Beer Week after all!) we’ll be pairing the menu with Airdale Brewing Co. Beers – owned and founded by former naval helicopter pilot Tony Clarke, who should be stopping by to say hello as well.
