Some of you have already sampled some of Chef Chad’s handmade pastas as he’s been experimenting with different styles and preparations each week. He’s set Wednesdays aside as a house-made pasta night which we’re combining with our upcoming Wednesday Night Movie Series. We’ll be tying the pasta into the theme of the movie as best we can (think Pickled Herring Pasta for “Heima” and Bowie-tie Pasta for “Labyrinth”) and it’ll be a different special every time! For tonight, Chad is brainstorming up a Sea Urchin Linguini with ginger, nepetilla and lemon. Come on in and check it out!
