No, this isn’t a beer dinner where we’ll drink until we black out!  We’ll be combining two of our favorite things on Thursday, March 1st by holding a Beer Dinner and Blackout at the same time!  Check it out.  Stone Brewing Co. has kindly bequeathed us some very special archived brews that we’ll be pairing with some of Chef Tommy Fraioli’s signature Sea Rocket fare.

Not only is this a unique chance to enjoy some great Stone-paired food, but dining will take place by candlelight only, in celebration of our historically fun night of service in the dark during last September’s blackout.  The dinner will be communal, allowing guests to mingle and make new friends, and there will be just one seating, to start at 7pm.  Cost is $60 for all food and beer pairings, with notes between courses from Stone’s own Cicerone “Dr.” Bill Sysak, and includes the following menu.
