Join us for our first ever New England-style clam bake featuring Carlsbad Aqua Farm clams plus some other seafood of Chef Chad’s choosing and delicious seasonal local veggies! We’ll be steaming everything in the traditional way with hot coals, layering the food with seaweed and covering it with tarps. When it’s ready, we’ll spread it right out on the tables covered with newspaper and you’ll be able to just dig in and help yourself. Chad will have this set up in front of the restaurant, so you can come watch it cook all morning, and really get your appetite going! We’re aiming to start serving it up at noon. Food will be available all afternoon (or as long as it lasts) and $25 will buy you an all-you-can-eat meal.
