We are thrilled to announce that Chef Jenn Felmley is back at the Rocket with a new cooking class!  It’s been too long.

On Thursday November 1st, which is All Saint’s Day (or the public holiday La Toussaint in France), she’ll be featuring a menu of totally vegan recipes in the French style.  Classes are a blast (just ask any of her former students!), a great way to meet new people, and include enlightening food tips starting with how to make any great meal vegan-friendly.  Students sit down together for a communal dinner after all recipes have been completed.  Class is limited to 15 students, and the cost is $62, all inclusive of food, a wine pairing, tax, and culinary instruction…what a deal!
