On Thursday, August 11th, we’ll be dedicating the entire restaurant to an exclusive menu featuring five custom dishes created to pair with five Manzanita Brewing beers. Chef Chad will be pulling all the stops for these one-night-only pairings, using the respective beers somewhere in the food preparation. Each course includes a 6-ounce pour of beer in the price.
It was a huge chore of course for Chad to do all of the tasting required to brainstorm up this amazing menu, but he’s a trooper!!

Reservations are being accepted for this event, but walk-ins are also welcome. Try just a few pairings or order them all- the choice is yours! Beers will also be available in full pours, and a limited selection of items from our regular menu will be offered as well (tapas & burgers most likely). Our full menu will not be served so that we can focus our energy on making this the most amazing beer dinner you’ve ever experienced!
